UPSTREAM YOGA CLASSES

Our yoga studio is equipped with high-quality mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps for your complimentary use.

We offer private, semi-private and small group yoga classes in a private and safe art-filled setting.

We are also available for corporate yoga classes and events, and for you to build your own semi-private and group classes.

Class styles available include Hatha, Ashtanga-Vinyasa power flow, Vinyasa flow, restorative yoga and yoga breathing for all levels. All yoga classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens. Yoga breathing (pranayama) is incorporated into all classes.
